1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Beeziee Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Beeziee provides a digital platform to improve focus and productivity through tools such as the Pomodoro Timer, Ambient Sounds, Task Management (Kanban), and other utilities. We continuously improve and may change or discontinue certain features without prior notice.

3. Registration & Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
  • Notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Beeziee offers flexible usage options:

  • Free Plan: Allows access to basic features. Limits on the number of background scenes and sounds.
  • Premium Plan (Recurring): Billed monthly or yearly. Unlocks the entire library and advanced features. The plan will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for permanent access to Premium features. No renewals, no hidden fees.

5. Billing & Refund Policy

  • By selecting a recurring plan, you authorize us (via our partner Polar) to automatically charge the selected payment method.
  • You can cancel renewal at any time in your account settings. Premium benefits will continue until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or due to serious technical errors on our part. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to adjust service pricing. Any price changes will be notified in advance and apply to the next billing cycle.

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free Premium trial (e.g., 7 days). If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged for the initial period.

7. Intellectual Property

All interfaces, designs, source code, audio, images, and content on Beeziee are the exclusive property of us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You commit NOT to engage in the following activities:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or launch Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Unauthorized collection of other users' information.
  • Post offensive, obscene content or violate others' rights.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use bots or crawlers to access the Service.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you create (notes, task lists). However, by uploading, you grant us the right to use, store, and backup this content to operate the Service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BEEZIEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or harm the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
